the shower was amazing. that was about the only good thing.
i was really disappointed. the room was so tiny. it had an internal window opened to a stairwell's inside. if a fire started, i'm not sure we would have been able to get out.

the room i got was a bit of a letdown. it was definitely on the smaller side, and the lack of soundproofing was noticeable. i could hear everything happening in the hallway and adjacent rooms. also, the air conditioning seemed to struggle to keep up, so the room was often warmer than i would have liked. i think some improvements in these areas could really enhance the stay.

the staff were very friendly. they answered all my questions with patience. the location was also pretty good (close to many restaurants). i appreciated the luggage room for storing my bags after checkout.
the walls were quite thin. i could hear conversations in the next room sometimes. the breakfast selection was limited. the coffee machine was out of service one morning. (it was a bit disappointing)

The staff were helpful and friendly, especially the new team member. He had only been there a couple of days! the location is superb, being just a few blocks from the beautiful luxembourg gardens and several charming cafes. the hotel had everything i needed for my short stay.

the shower in the bathroom is only for very slim people and the entrance is narrow. after choosing this option, the hotel charged 145 euro from my card for card pre-authorization.
